I am a blogger

Some can think bloggers are idle. But I want reveal to you: we're not.
If bloggers were idle, you couldn't read my posts now. It's because we are productive, our blogs are still alive so far.
But the most important: we put all of our effort. When I say effort I mean event we have no time to write, we do things almost impossible. Yeah, I do.
Maybe you question: why you write? I write because I like.
I'm an amauter writer. So I write ebooks. Of couse the most of them are in portuguese 'cause I'm brazilian.

The strength that overcomes the weakness

There are many reasons for the weak considers himself defeated. He hasn’t disposition to go to fight, hasn’t courage to face the war and he cannot win because he is defenseless.
What I think interesting in journey we have toward faith is that we face many times weaknesses moments, even we knowing ever we’ll win in Jesus’ Name. Seems even contradictory but the fact is that Jesus he himself told us we would face troubles. Weaknesses are in these troubles.
Now the question is: How we will win if we are weak? Actually the victory that overcomes the world (all the troubles) is our faith, it itself. How? Once time Paul told: in the weakness I’m strong. The strength of God works on our weakness. His power is made perfect in weakness.
Fantastic, we are weak but God wants act like that, act in our weakness. How His power will work on us if we do not allow it? If we think we are strong, we will not need the Lord, but if we recognize we are weak, He will come to us.
Therefore, the God’s strength overcomes our weakness. Now we cannot deny it: God overcomes in us.

The end of Smallville after ten years

Smallville was a great show. I confess that I wasn't a super fan but I really enjoyed the show in its beginning. Superman always was to me a great movie and story. When Smallville came up I was fifteen. I like series so much, you know. But my first contact with Smallville was so great and good. Then I broke up with the show. The years passed by. I woke up and Smallville was coming to the end. I lose so many episodies and I am sure even I try to see again it will be difficult.


Today I saw the series finale. In USA the show ended may, 13. The world, I guess, is losing the most lovely, commented and appreciated show.


Clark Kent became the superhero we have supposed he to be. Lois and Clark are together as in the movie. The end finally culminates on the sense of the world know since ever.

As you know my name is Paulo Gomes and I'm brazilian. I am not fluent, you know, and I do not know english how I would.
I write here to practice my english. But the most important reason is to show to the world my desire to change it. I want you to know that I feel good when I'm writing and showing my thoughts, desires, faith, etc.
I have many ideias to change this blog into the best blog ever. While this do not happens I try to bring the best posts to all of you.
As you have seen, I like to put out music videos here. It is a passion. Also I like to show you the chapters from books I write. Of couse, my books are writen in my languague, but some of them I translated.
